Vates Risk · Brand Guidelines
A vates was a seer — an augur who read the future in the flight of birds. Our mark is that bird abstracted to a single decisive V: risk intelligence, seen early. This guide covers the logo, colour, type and how they come together.
One shard-V bird of prey. Bold, symmetric, single-colour by default.
Iris green is default. Reverse to white on iris or dark grounds. Ink for one-colour print.
The mark sits left, right, above or below VATES. Keep clear space ≥ the height of the V around the whole lockup.
Palette taken from the product UI so brand and app match exactly.
Cinzel — Roman inscriptional capitals — is the logotype only. Montserrat carries taglines, labels and collateral headings. The product UI stays on the system stack.
Favicon, social/OG card and email signature — all from the same mark.
Keep it simple and consistent.
All assets (SVG masters + 3× PNG) live in ~/Pictures/vates-logos/brand-kit/ — logo, lockups, layouts, favicon, social, email, hero — plus _CONTACT_SHEET_3x.png. Regenerate via containers/comfyui/brand_kit.py. Tagline: Risk intelligence, seen early. First-round vector off the AI concept — a final anchor-point tidy is advised before public launch.
